Joining Novartis in 2012, Denise Weger works in the Corporate Responsibility Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement as a manager for strategic initiatives. Through her work, she contributes to an inclusive approach to management and valuing intangible assets. She helps Novartis to better understand key material social and environmental issues as well as their long-term impact. Denise led its recent Materiality Assessment. She holds a Bachelor and a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Governance from the University of St.Gallen.
Justin D'Atri – Zurich Insurance

After spending the past 7 years as a serial entrepreneur in the field of sustainability – working in EVs, supply chain, smart city, and strategy consulting – Justin recently joined Zurich Insurance to drive change toward sustainability across the group. His current role is to help support local business units implement Zurich’s sustainability ambition and support the continuous integration of our sustainability priorities within group strategy. With a BA in Ecology from the University of Colorado, a MS in Sustainability from the University of Michigan, and an ongoing MAS in Technology Management from ETHZ, Justin has a wide-ranging background focused on leveraging the power of business to address society’s biggest challenges.
Becky Pearce – Unilever

Becky joined Unilever in 2009 and has worked in a variety of roles in customer and category finance business partnering, global financial reporting and project management. She joined the investor relations team three years ago and led Unilever’s engagement on the Embankment Project for Inclusive Capitalism and other initiatives to help improve the communication of long-term value drivers.

Jyoti has been involved with the IIRC from its earliest days, contributing to work relating to strategy and the interaction of technology with business. He helps businesses engage with integrated reporting, primarily via the <IR> Business Network. In this context, he leads special interest groups on Integrated Thinking & Strategy and the <IR> Technology Initiative. Jyoti has had twenty years of experience in the business software sector. He is a partner at Fronesys, a sustainability advisory service and is on the investment committee of Ibex, a venture fund that makes ethical investments in emerging markets. Jyoti has a master’s degree in economics and an MBA.
